Back in July I created my "To Do" list for the Q3 Quilt-A-Long. Now the time has come to take stock and see what all I actually accomplished this quarter. Unfortunately I did NOT get the king chevron quilt done. I got soooo darn close tho! The top is done, the binding is ready, and I have the back fabric sitting on my shelf. I just need to augment the backing with some left-over rejected blocks and then layer, baste, quilt, and bind. (Ok that's still a lot to do.) I did better on the next two items on my list and completed my Scrappy Trips quilt, and my turquoise half-square triangle low-volume quilt. The last turquoise strip quilt I didn't even touch once I posted it on my To DO list... In looking back at what I've done this quarter, 2 out of 4 completed projects isn't so bad. Especially when I realize that I created 2 additional quilt tops spontaneously: a St. Louis 16-patch, and a modern mega-block log cabin baby quilt. Both are just quilt tops currently, so you'll probably see them on my Q4 To DO list here in a few weeks.

I love both your finished quilts, and that chevron will be wonderful.
