I finished my first quilt for 2015! I've been working on 4 quilts that will live in the bunk room of a cabin here in Colorado. I talked about these quilts here and here. All of the quilt tops are done and I'm working on getting them all quilted. This one is my "Bear Paw" quilt. The top is pieced using Kona Cottons from Rober Kaufman in Spruce, Cayenne, and Ivory. I backed it in Eggplant, and it is bound in Windsor. I quilted straight lines every inch (and plan to quilt all four quilts in the same way). I attached the binding by machine and am pretty happy with how this corner turned out! This is my first finish for the Q1 2015 Finish-a-Long (hosted by On the Windy Side). Now on to quilting the second cabin quilt! Thanks for stopping by. Ps - it's rather difficult to take quilt pictures in Colorado in February. Here I am standing up to my knees in snow...
